Over the past six years, I’ve photographed just about every kind of portrait you can imagine. Picking a niché and narrowing my field of work just simply does not appeal to me. My diverse history allows me to bring a much broader creative perspective into every session. Becoming a jack-of-all-trades has truly enhanced my photography tenfold. Techniques I've learned in fast-paced event environments help me anticipate genuine moments, which translate well when paired with high-energy children during family portraits. What that means for you is that I'm not walking into your session with a one-size-fits-all attitude.

One day, I'm working with the littlest newborn in a warm nursery with soothing lullabies while I rock them back to sleep; capturing the quick flicker of a smile or patiently waiting until they've just settled into new pose. While I photograph the sleeping baby, I'm befriending the older sibling - a rambunctious toddler who has energy for days. I'm chatting with mom and dad, getting to hear their stories and taking care of everything while they get a moment to sit back and relax for the first time in weeks.

That same evening, I'm in a bustling venue, photographing behind-the-scenes coverage of a quinceañera admiring the final touches to her hair and makeup. The main event begins and I'm capturing her first father-daughter dance, the speech her grandfather makes that will bring every one in attendance to tears, and the birthday girl's biggest smile as she's on the dance floor with her best friends. Ending the night photographing the goodbye hugs she'll give to each and every guest and taking one last family portrait to commemorate an unforgettable celebration.
